Games for All Blitz

Congratulations to the St. Marys All Stars. They participated in the inaugural Games for All Blitz in association with Sligo Sport and Recreation Partnership, which took place at the Centre of Excellence in Bekan on Wednesday 12th April. 

Best of Luck 

Wishing every success to the Sligo LGFA minor and U16 panels for 2023.  Best of luck to club representatives Jillian Monaghan and Tara Breheny, who are involved with the minor panel, and Ava Canning, Caoimhe Morgan and Gerard Mullaney (management), who are involved with the U16 panel. 

Congratulations to the Sligo U20s on a fantastic semi-final win over Mayo in the Eirgrid Connacht U20 Championship on Wednesday at the Centre of Excellence in Bekan. The team now look forward to the final in Tuam Stadium this Wednesday 19th April (7pm throw in), where they will meet Galway in what promises to be an enthralling match. Best of luck to club representatives Zaak Mahon, Ronan Niland, Robert O’Kelly Lynch and Fionn O’Hehir. 

Saturday Morning Coaching 

Saturday Morning Coaching resumes on April 22nd at 10.45. Club officers will be available in the clubhouse at this time to lend assistance to anyone hoping to register with the club. 

Easter Camp 

Well done to Club Development Officer Niall Feehily, Coaching Officer Glenn Young, Transition Year student volunteers and all the participants who took part in the inaugural St. Marys GAA Easter Camp. We’re looking forward to next year’s camp already. 

Retired Group  

The retired group continue to meet in the clubhouse every Tuesday morning at 11 o’clock. This offers retired players, club members old and new, friends and neighbours the opportunity to catch up over a cup of tea/coffee. All are welcome
