Club member and former Sligo footballer Mark Breheny has joined the Sligo senior team as a selector for the upcoming season. New manager Tony McEntee added Mark to his coaching ticket shortly after his appointment.
Mark had a phenomenal career with the Sligo senior team and played with them for 17 years. During that time he won a Connacht title, a Division 4 National League title and captained the team. He already has management experience having been involved in successful club underage teams and teams in Summerhill College. He will bring a wealth of experience and ideas to the setup.
