Minor Girls

Our minor girls got their championship campaign underway with two games in three days. On Saturday evening they were beaten in an entertaining clash with Coolera/Strandhill on a scoreline of 5-11 to 4-6. On Monday evening they got their first victory with a great win at home to Shamrock Gaels. It was another goal-fest with the game finishing 8-12 to 4-9. The girls lined out in a brand new kit sponsored by Lidl, which was won as part of the rewards programme run by Lidl earlier this year. Thanks to all club members who contributed to this! Next up for the minor girls is an away trip to Eastern Harps on Friday evening.
